Live Yes! Connect groups provide help & support to adults living with all types of arthritis and rheumatic diseases.

Join our network for Connection, Education and Empowerment.

Carolyn Harris, our Facilitator for the Live Yes! Connect Philadelphia, PA is very excited about launching this support group and hope you'll join us at our Meet & Greet.  We will learn more about the Live Yes! Connect, get to know each other and brainstorm upcoming topics and events. 

We will meet at Lovett Memorial Library, from 1P.M. - 2 P.M. On street parking available; Public transportation #23 bus. 

Please RSVP so we know who to expect. We understand that RSVPs can be difficult to keep, so no pressure and come if you're able. Leader contact information will be provided upon RSVP.
