South Florida’s “Culinary Diva” and Local Award Winning Celebrity Chef, Maude Eaton will be sharing some awesome Arthritis-friendly Cooking Tips and recipes showcasing the right nutrients that can help to alleviate pain and inflammation and positively affect overall health.

Michelle Aldas, our Facilitator for the Live Yes! Connect Palm Beach County - North is very excited about launching this support group and hope you'll join us at our Meet & Greet and Cooking event.  We will learn more about the Live Yes! Connect and will be cooking alongside local celebrity Chef, Maude Eaton. She will help us gain insights into Arthritis-Friendly Kitchen Tips and Arthritis-Friendly Recipes while we get to know each other, participate in her demonstration and partake in healthy bites prepared by our Chef.

Chef Maude Eaton is known for being South Florida’s “Culinary Diva” and William Sonoma’s “Catch the Spirit” award-winner. She is of French, Cuban, and Persian decent and grew up in the “Big Apple” and Washington D.C. She began her studies at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, where became infatuated with taking many culturally and skillfully diverse courses in order to be able to master any cuisine.

She is the founder of “For The Love of Food,” and began working at William Sonoma teaching cooking classes where she now the Culinary Director and Chef Instructor at the Palm Beach Gardens store. Combining her diverse cooking expertise with her fun, welcoming personality, Chef Maude teaches cooking courses to individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels. She also pioneered a cooking program for special needs children.

In 2008, she became the Culinary Director of Education at Salamander Hospitality in Palm Beach instructing courses, and was the brand ambassador for the Palm Beach area.
