Live Yes! Connect

Live Yes! Connect groups provide help & support to adults living with all types of arthritis and rheumatic diseases.

Join our network for Connection, Education and Empowerment.

This month, we highlight the role self-care plays in managing arthritis and rheumatic diseases. Kelsey Jones, registered dietitian technician and licensed yoga instructor, will offer tips for self-care, take us through a short guided meditation and demonstrate a few gentle yoga stretches.

Please RSVP so we know who to expect. We understand that RSVPs can be difficult to keep, so no pressure and come if you're able. Facilitator contact information will be provided upon RSVP.

Spouses/Significant Others, Adult Loved Ones, and Friends are Welcome!

Please feel free to share this event with others living with arthritis and their loved ones.

Hope to see you there!
