Live Yes! Connect for JA Parents Facilitator: Susan

About this Live Yes! Connect group for JA Parents:

To help support parents and caregivers who have a child with rheumatic disease.

About Candice:

I am the parent of a daughter who has rheumatoid arthritis and uveitis. Diagnosed at age 5 with RA and at age 20 with uveitis, my daughter is finishing her undergraduate degree and plays a college sport. I have been through what many parents experience--on behalf of a child, teenager and now adult working through the medical, insurance and pharmaceutical experts. I have been an Advocacy Ambassador with the Arthritis Foundation for a number of years now. Being an Advocate is so rewarding, I get back far more than I give of my time.
